Creation of a hard discount retail chain, from scratch: concept, operation, supply chain, logistics and distribution. Started with 3 stores with an expansion plan within Luanda's Metropolitan area going up to 8 stores and the intention of going National with a franchising system.

Project Manager
Managed a nationwide assessment of SONANGOL's Retail network and the analysis of the convenience and forecourt business, with over 9.800 Km roam by 5 teams, reached 404 locations (136 stores) and +680 staff.
Developed the supply chain and industry partnerships & relationships, reshaped SONANGOL's Convenience Stores retail and business model, store concept and branding, turning the existing $US 6,5M EBITDA to $US 9,9M.
